Returns & Exchanges


  • You have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to make sure everything is in order. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non­refundable.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • If you received a faulty or defective item, please email us within one week (7 days) of your order's arrival.
  • When requesting an exchange, you should provide us with your order number as well as an explanation and photos (if applicable) of the issue.
  • We will either replace your item or offer a refund for the faulty item depending on whether a replacement is in stock.
  • You may be required to send the defective item back to us; if that is the case, we will cover the associated shipping fees.
