How can I contact you?

Where are you located?
We are located near Montréal, Quebec, Canada.

Do you have a physical shop location?
No, we are currently an online-only store.

What method of payment do you accept? 
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you use dropshipping?
No! All orders are shipped locally from within Canada–more specifically, the Greater Montreal Area.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Orders to Canadian addresses will be sent with Canada Post, while orders to U.S. addresses will be sent with Canada Post or USPS. The cost of shipping your package will vary depend on the weight of your order. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You don't have an item I'm looking for. Can I request it?
Of course! Our goal is to bring you merchandise from your favorite fandoms. If there's something you're interested in that we don't carry in store, please use our contact page or contact us through social media with your request. We will do our best to track down stock from an official source.

Is your merchandise licensed?
Yes! We only stock officially licensed merchandise that we get directly from approved distributors.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has yet to ship, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@atomicflare.ca with your order number and your request for cancellation. If you order has already shipped, you will need to proceed with a return or exchange.

Can I return or exchange my items?
You may initiate an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, products need to be sent back to us in original unused, unopened condition. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us, unless the item you received was incorrect or defective. Please see our Shipping & Exchanges policies for more information.

Do you ship to customers outside of Canada or the United States?
Due to licensing concerns, we've limited our shipments to customers located in Canada and the United States.
